Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity for our San Jose (Cluster G) datacenter starting on Saturday, June 29th at 02:00 AM UTC lasting for approximately 4 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain changes within the datacenter to provide enhanced capacity and resiliency. IPSEC and GRE connectivity services in Cluster G will be failed over to an alternate datacenter during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. Customers connecting to the San Jose datacenter via Endpoint Agent will not experience any impact.
Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant datacenter to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic. Please refer to the below guides for setting up redundant tunnels:
