Monitoring - Customer Impact: Due to the ongoing degradation of Amazon Web Services in me-central-1 , some of our RBI customers may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while browsing from Abu Dhabi (me-central-1) region until services were automatically failed over to an alternate cluster.

Current Status & Next Steps:
We have completed the necessary remediation to restore the health of the impacted services, and traffic has now been reintroduced to the me-central-1 region. Although Amazon Web Services (AWS) is still recovering from the service degradation in the me-central-1 region, Forcepoint RBI services—which rely on AWS infrastructure—have been fully restored in this region.

We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing stability.

Scheduled - Forcepoint will perform planned maintenance on Remote Browsing Services (RBI) starting on Thursday, 30th April 2026 at 03:00 AM UTC, lasting 10.5 hours (until 1:30 PM UTC). The maintenance activity includes an upgrade of RBI infrastructure components across all regions to improve the stability and reliability of the RBI service.

The maintenance will be performed in phases across all RBI regions, with each region upgraded in a non-disruptive manner outside its standard working hours. We do not anticipate any impact on browsing services during this maintenance window.

Description: We are currently experiencing un-availability of RBI service in Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. Our automated load balancing system has re-routed traffic to an alternate region while we investigate the problem.
