Scheduled - Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity for our Amsterdam (Cluster X) datacenter starting Sunday, June 15th at 03:00 AM UTC for 24 hours. The maintenance activity will involve converting the Amsterdam datacenter into a vPoP within the Cluster B - Frankfurt datacenter infrastructure. All services configured in Amsterdam will be failed over to an alternate datacenter during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability.

We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic; however, customers may observe a brief interruption in connectivity until services are failed over at the start of maintenance.

Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic. Please refer to the below guides for setting up redundant tunnels:

To ensure minimal disruption, the deployment will be carried out region by region and outside of standard business hours. Customers may experience temporary email delivery failures (i.e., undelivered messages) for a brief period during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance completes, email traffic will automatically resume. Affected emails can simply be resent at that point.

Monitoring - Customer Impact: Some of our AMDP customers may have experienced failures or errors with malware sandboxing requests until services were failed over to a redundant location.

Description: The issue was identified and corrected by our upstream provider. As a result, services have now been successfully reintroduced back to their primary location, and normal operations have resumed.

We are currently monitoring our environment for stability, and will provide a final update once we have confirmation on the same.

Description: We are currently experiencing degraded performance with our Advanced Malware Detection and Protection system. The degradation has been caused due to a problem being experienced by one of our upstream providers. We have re-routed AMDP services to a redundant location to ensure continuity for our customers.
