Verifying

The scheduled maintenance activity has been completed and our teams continue to monitor services for stability. Web Security traffic has been re-introduced in Toronto data center, while IPSEC and GRE tunnel traffic remains failed over to an alternate data center.

We will provide further updates once all services are failed back to Toronto.

Update

** Gentle Reminder for upcoming maintenance at Toronto (YYZA) **

Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance in our Toronto (YYZA) datacentre on 22nd March at 02:30 UTC for approximately 55 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain configuration changes in the datacentre to further enhance our network infrastructure and increase the overall capacity to provide improved performance to our Cloud services.

Web Security Cloud services for customers connecting via the Toronto (YYZA) datacentre will be failed over to an alternate datacentre during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic; however, we may observe a few seconds of interruption in connectivity for customers until the failover to a redundant datacentre is completed. Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should not experience any issues with the services.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
