Planned Maintenance - Sydney Data Center (Cluster M)
Scheduled for Nov 13, 08:00 UTC - Nov 14, 14:00 UTC
Scheduled
Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in Sydney (Cluster M) data center, starting Friday, November 13, 08:00 UTC for 30 hours. The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.
While the maintenance work will be carried out across two days, traffic from Sydney will be failed over to a redundant data center during the two failover windows as mentioned below. Traffic will continue to be processed in the Sydney data center outside of the failover windows during the upgrade activity.
First Failover Window: UTC Time : Friday, November 13, 08:00 - 15:30 UTC
Second Failover Window: UTC Time : Saturday, November 14, 06:00 - 12:30 UTC
At the start of each failover window, Web Security Traffic will be automatically failed over to Singapore (Cluster R) data center. Customers connecting to Sydney via IPSEC or GRE tunnels are requested to ensure redundant tunnel setup to an alternate data center to ensure continuity of services during the maintenance windows. Email Security traffic will also be automatically routed to an alternate data center for customers with redundant MX records.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
