Scheduled

Forcepoint will perform a planned maintenance in the Johannesburg (Cluster S) datacenter on Sunday, 17 May, starting at 07:30 UTC for approximately 9 hours. This maintenance is essential to complete activities that were not finished during the previous maintenance on Saturday, 16 May, and is part of ongoing work to improve service stability and reliability for customers using the Johannesburg cluster.

We do not anticipate any service disruption during the maintenance window. However, in the unlikely event that the activities do not proceed as anticipated, the services may be failed over to another datacenter to maintain continued availability. During this time, some customers may experience a minor loss of connectivity for brief moments while traffic is failed over to an alternate datacenter. The subscribers having redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center should experience seamless failover of tunnel traffic.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
