Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in San Jose (Cluster G( data center starting April 19, 19:00 PDT for 72 hours. The maintenance activity will involve performing an upgrade across various infrastructure components in the data center to provide enhanced capacity and scalability.
Web Security cloud customers should experience an automatic failover of traffic to a redundant data center at the beginning of the maintenance window. Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should also experience an automatic failover of tunnel traffic from San Jose to their redundant data center.
Email Security customers should experience delivery of emails to also get re-routed via a redundant data center during the maintenance window.
