Scheduled

Forcepoint will be performing an emergency maintenance activity for our Slough/Woking (Cluster J) datacenter starting September 29th at 02:30 UTC for approximately 2 hours. The maintenance activity will involve further enhancements in our network infrastructure to provide improved performance to our Cloud services. All services configured in J will be failed over to an alternate datacenter during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic; however, customers may observe a brief interruption in connectivity until services are failed over at the start of maintenance.

Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic. Please refer to the below guides for setting up redundant tunnels:

Forcepoint IPsec Advanced Guide - https://www.websense.com/content/support/library/web/hosted/ipsec_advanced/first.aspx

Forcepoint GRE Guide - https://www.websense.com/content/support/library/web/hosted/gre_guide/first.aspx

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the cooperation.
