Forcepoint will be conducting emergency maintenance in our Slough (J) datacenter on July 20th at 03:30 UTC for approximately 2 hours . The maintenance activity involves certain configuration changes in the data center to further enhance our network infrastructure to provide improved performance to our Cloud services.
Web Security Cloud services for customers connecting via Slough (Cluster J) datacenter and vPoPs will be failed over to an alternate data center during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic; however, we may observe a few seconds of interruption in connectivity for customers until fail over to a redundant datacenter is completed. Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should not experience any issues with the services.
