Forcepoint will perform planned maintenance on Remote Browsing Services (RBI) infrastructure starting on Friday, July 24th, 2026 at 03:30 AM UTC for approximately 12 hours. The maintenance activity includes an upgrade of RBI infrastructure components across all regions to improve the stability and reliability of the RBI service.
The maintenance will be performed in phases across all RBI regions, with each region upgraded during its non-standard working hours to minimize customer impact. Customers experience a loss of service lasting no more than 20 minutes for each region during the release window.
