Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance in our London/Docklands (Cluster LONB) Datacenter on Friday, October 23 at 18:00 UTC for approximately 53 hours. The maintenance activity will involve certain changes for further enhancing our network infrastructure to provide improved performance to our Cloud services.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for a brief moment while customer traffic is failed over to an alternate datacenter. During the maintenance window :
Web Security traffic will be served from the Cluster J (Slough/Woking) Datacenter.
The data storage facility associated with Cluster LONB will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance. Customers will not be able to query data stored in the London (LONB) data store during this period. However, access to CDS store in secondary locations will remain available.
Customers connecting through IPSEC or GRE tunnels are advised to ensure redundant connectivity to an alternate datacenter to maintain service continuity throughout the maintenance window.
