Scheduled
The Slough (J) data center will be upgraded and moved to Woking between Friday, July 12th at 18:00 UTC through Sunday, July 14th until approximately 20:00 UTC. It will retain the designation of "J".

During this transition, most customers will not need to make any changes to their Cloud Web or Cloud Email configuration.

If you connect to the Cloud Service via PAC file and/or Forcepoint Web Security Endpoint, traffic will automatically be redirected to an alternative data center during the maintenance window. Web Security Cloud customers using these connectivity methods should not experience any downtime.

IPsec and GRE:

If you connect via IPsec or GRE tunneling to one of the affected data centers, in order to maintain connectivity during maintenance you must ensure that you have configured backup connections to another data center. For more information, see the redundancy and failover guidance for IPsec Advanced and GRE connectivity:

Forcepoint GRE Guide:

If you connect via another method, such as firewall redirection or proxy chaining, directly to one of the data centers above, you must take steps to redirect traffic to an alternative data center during the maintenance window. Please contact Technical Support for additional guidance.
