Planned Maintenance - AUHA vPoP in Frankfurt (Cluster-B) Data Center

Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance in our Frankfurt (Cluster-B) data center on Saturday, November 14th at 03:30 AM UTC for approximately 24 hours. The maintenance activity will involve moving the AUHA vPoP from Frankfurt (Cluster-B) to Riyadh (Cluster-RUHA) to reduce latency for customer requests and provide improved performance of our Cloud services. Riyadh (Cluster-RUHA) data center will not be affected by this activity. No action is required to be taken by Customers connecting to Frankfurt, Riyadh or the AUHA vPoP. The egress IP address of the vPoP 157.167.130.0/24 will continue to remain the same.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for customers connecting to the AUHA vPoP for a brief moment while AUHA traffic is failed over to an alternate data center. Once the activity is completed, the AUHA vPoP will start working from Riyadh (Cluster-RUHA) data center.
