Planned Maintenance - JEDA vPoP in Paris (Cluster-D) Data Center
Scheduled for Nov 14, 03:30 UTC - Nov 15, 03:30 UTC
Scheduled
Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance in our Paris (Cluster-D) data center on Saturday, November 14th at 03:30 AM UTC for approximately 24 hours. The maintenance activity will involve moving the JEDA vPoP from Paris (Cluster-D) to Dubai (Cluster-DXBA) to reduce latency for customer requests and provide improved performance of our Cloud services. Dubai (Cluster-DXBA) data center will not be affected by this activity. No action is required to be taken by Customers connecting to Paris, Dubai or the JEDA vPoP. The egress IP address of the vPoP x.x.x.x/24 will continue to remain the same.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for customers connecting to the JEDA vPoP for a brief moment while JEDA traffic is failed over to an alternate data center. Once the activity is completed, the JEDA vPoP will start working from Dubai (Cluster-DXBA) data center.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
