Forcepoint will be performing emergency maintenance to upgrade NGFW appliances across multiple data centers on September 5, 2026, starting at 00:30 AM UTC.
As part of this maintenance, NGFW appliances will be upgraded across the following data centers. Below is the maintenance timeline for the respective regions:
Frankfurt – Cluster B: 00:30 AM – 02:30 AM UTC Slough – Cluster J: 02:30 AM – 04:30 AM UTC London – Cluster LONB: 04:30 AM – 06:30 AM UTC Ashburn – Cluster H: 06:30 AM – 08:30 AM UTC Dallas – Cluster O: 08:30 AM – 10:30 AM UTC Tokyo – Cluster T: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM UTC Paris – Cluster D: 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM UTC Heathrow – Cluster A: 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM UTC
The upgrades will be performed on one appliance at a time during respective location's off business hours to maintain service availability and minimize any potential impact to customers. We do not anticipate any loss of connectivity for customers connecting through IPsec or GRE tunnels during the maintenance window.
