Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in Ashburn, Cluster H, starting Saturday, July 25, 13:00 UTC for 30 hours .The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.
While the maintenance work will be carried out across two days, traffic from Ashburn will be failed over to a redundant data center during the failover windows. Traffic will continue to be processed in the Ashburn data center outside of the work failover windows during the upgrade activity.
First Failover Window: Ashburn Time: Saturday, July 25, 09:00 - 15:00 EDT UTC: Saturday, July 25, 13:00 - 19:00 UTC
Second Failover Window: Ashburn Time: Sunday, July 26, 09:00 - 15:00 EDT UTC: Sunday, July 26, 13:00 - 19:00 UTC
At the start of each maintenance window, Web Security Traffic will be automatically failed over to Cluster O Dallas, a redundant data center within the US. Customers will continue to browse from a US IP address to retain their localization benefits. Customers connecting to Ashburn via IPSEC or GRE tunnels are requested to ensure redundant tunnel setup to an alternate data center to ensure continuity of services during the maintenance windows. Email Security traffic will also be automatically routed to an alternate data center for customers with redundant MX records.
