Announcing the availability of our data center facility in Riyadh (RUHA)
Scheduled for Sep 24, 00:30 - 08:30 UTC
Scheduled
Forcepoint is announcing the availability of a new data center facility in Riyadh (RUHA) from September 24 2026. The facility will replace the existing JEDA vPoP hosted in Paris data center (Cluster D) which is currently being used for customers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will provide users with Cloud Web and Email services with local data storage capability.
On September 24, at around 12:30 UTC, customers connecting to JEDA vPoP via endpoint agent will experience their traffic is being routed via the Riyadh (RUHA) data center facility and is using a new egress IP block 157.167.167.0/24.
Customer Actions Needed
Allowlist the new data center range
Add 157.167.167.0/24 to your allowlists before 24 September 2026.
The same range is used to connect to the service and for outbound traffic from it, so a single entry covers both. Once the KSA data center is live, your users in the Kingdom will connect to this range and their web traffic will egress from it. Retain all existing Forcepoint ranges. This range is an addition, not a replacement.
Dedicated IP customers
Dedicated IP subscriptions include a dedicated address in each Forcepoint data center. With the addition of the KSA data center, an address from 157.167.169.0/24 will appear in the Forcepoint Cloud Security portal alongside your existing addresses.
If you have users in the Kingdom, add your new KSA address to any system that restricts by source IP. All existing dedicated addresses remain in use and should not be removed.
Hybrid Web customers
On-network users continue to egress via your on-premises Web Security Gateway; no change. Off-network and roaming users in the Kingdom will use the KSA data center, so the allowlisting action above applies to them.
A Tech Alert will be published on September 18 will more information about the facility and the service offerings available for customers.
