Forcepoint will be conducting planned maintenance on the Cloud Portal infrastructure on Tuesday, 11th August 2026, starting at 06:00 UTC and lasting approximately 2 hours. This maintenance involves essential security updates to the Web Security SCIM provisioning service and the Custom Categories and Bypass APIs.

During this window, customers may experience intermittent issues with:
- SCIM provisioning of users and groups
- Custom Categories API and Bypass API requests

The Cloud Portal itself will remain accessible throughout the maintenance window, and no action is required from customers.
