Customer Impact: FONE customers may not have been able to access the FONE Portal or access managed services via FONE forward and reverse proxy services between 09:12 - 09:26 UTC and 09:32 - 09:58 AM UTC.

Description: We have identified the problem and a remediation has been introduced to help stabilise the services. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
