Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity for Remote Browsing Services (RBI) starting on Friday, 9th January, 2026 at 04:00 AM UTC for 6 hours. The maintenance activity involves performing upgrade of RBI service across all regions.

The maintenance will be performed in a phased approach across all RBI regions, with each region being upgraded outside of its standard working hours to minimize any impact. While we do not anticipate any loss of browsing services during the upgrade, customers may observe a brief interruption while any individual region is getting upgraded.
