Forcepoint will be performing an emergency maintenance activity in our Paris (Cluster D) datacenter starting 11th June, at 13:13 UTC, for 20 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain configuration changes in the data center to provide enhanced capacity and scalability.
Web Security Cloud services for customers connecting via MILA vPoP configured in Paris (Cluster D) will be failed over to an alternate data center during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic in Paris apart from MILA vPoP which has been failed over to a redundant datacenter. Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should not experience any issues with the services.
