Description: We were experiencing a network connectivity issue external to Forcepoint. We have started to notice improvement and are monitoring the performance for stability.

Customer Impact: A small subset of Web Security customers connecting to Slough data center may experience intermittent latency while browsing.

Description: We are currently experiencing a network connectivity issue external to Forcepoint. Customer traffic traversing via one of our ISP providers may experience packet loss intermittently, due to a problem upstream to the ISP provider. We are working with our provider to remediate the problem at the earliest.
