Forcepoint will be conducting an emergency maintenance on Sunday, September 22nd at 08:00 UTC for approximately 9 hours in Slough/Woking Cluster. This maintenance is necessary to address the additional work identified during the weekend maintenance at Slough/Woking and will help to support the continued reliability and performance of our services.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for few mins while the customer traffic will be failed over to an alternate datacenter. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.
