Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our Paris (Cluster D) datacenter starting 11th June, at 02:30 AM UTC, for 4 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain configuration changes in the data center to provide enhanced capacity and scalability.
Web Security Cloud services for customers connecting via ALGA, ASKA, CAIA, LEUA, LIRA, LISA, MADA, MILA vPoPs configured in Paris (Cluster D) will be failed over to an alternate data center during the maintenance to avoid any disruption to service availability. We do not anticipate any major disruption to customer traffic; however, we may observe a few seconds of interruption in connectivity for customers connecting via above vPoPs until fail over to a redundant datacenter is completed. Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should not experience any issues with the services.
