Scheduled

Forcepoint will be performing emergency maintenance to upgrade NGFW appliances across multiple data centers on September 4, 2026, starting at 1:30 AM UTC. The maintenance activity is expected to last approximately 20 hours.

As part of this maintenance, NGFW appliances will be upgraded across the following data centers:
San Jose / Phoenix – Cluster G
São Paulo – Cluster P
Sydney – Cluster M
Singapore – Cluster R
Mumbai – Cluster C
Dubai – Cluster DXBA
Johannesburg – Cluster S

The upgrades will be performed on one appliance at a time during respective location's off business hours to maintain service availability and minimize any potential impact to customers.
