Customer Impact: Some customers may have observed intermittent increase in latency while accessing managed applications via FONE reverse proxy in us-east-2 (Ohio) region. Forward proxy services were not impacted due to this incident.

Description: We identified a problem with one of our infrastructure components and we have started to observe recovery of services. We continue to monitor the environment for stability.
