Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in Phoenix, Cluster G, starting Friday, May 29, 02:00 UTC for 54 hours. The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.

While the maintenance work will be carried on for 54 hours, traffic from Phoenix will be failed over to a redundant data center during two failover windows. Traffic will continue to be processed in the Pheonix data center outside of the failover window during the maintenance activity.

First Failover Window (Phoenix Time): 19:00 Friday, May 29 - 01:00, Saturday, May 30

Second Failover Window: (Phoenix Time): 09:00 Saturday, May 30 - 15:00 Saturday, May 30

At the start of the failover windows, Web Security Traffic will be automatically failed over to a redundant data center within the US. Customers connecting to Phoenix data center via IPSEC or GRE tunnels are requested to ensure redundant tunnel setup to an alternate data center to ensure continuity of services during the failover windows. Email Security traffic will also be automatically routed to an alternate data center for customer's with redundant MX records.

While Forcepoint will continue its maintenance activity outside of the failover windows, we do not anticipate any loss of connectivity to our services.
