Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance across all of our Datacenters (All Clusters) starting Wednesday, November 4th at 17:00 UTC and continuing until Wednesday, November 11th at 17:00 UTC. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance.
The upgrades will be performed in a phased approach with each data center region being upgraded outside of peak traffic hours. The upgrades will also be performed across a limited set of infrastructure components at a time to ensure sufficient capacity is available during the upgrade to meet traffic demand.
We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity and the respective data center components will be marked as Operational once the activity is completed in that region.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
