Update
We have successfully completed the proxy upgrades on the Paris (D), Docklands (LONB), Ashburn (H), and Mumbai (C) clusters.
To ensure service continuity, the remaining upgrades will also be deployed in a phased manner and staggered across servers. We do not anticipate any significant impact on customer connectivity during the maintenance window.
We will continue to provide updates as we make progress with the maintenance activities.

Forcepoint will be performing a maintenance activity in all our data centres starting Monday, February 16th, 2026, 9 AM UTC till Thursday, February 26th, 2026, 5 PM UTC. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance.
The upgrades will be staggered across servers to ensure service continuity and rolled out in a phased manner across all the clusters. We are not anticipating any major impact on connectivity for our customers during the maintenance window.
We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity.
