Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance on Friday, September 20th at 20:00 UTC for approximately 24 hours. The maintenance activity involves routine maintenance to enhance reliability and security of our infrastructure. This will be in the form of network device firmware upgrades.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for few mins while the customer traffic will be failed over to an alternate datacenter. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.
