Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our San Jose datacenter (Cluster G) on Friday, February 21st, starting at 06:00 UTC for 6 hours. The maintenance activity will involve performing an upgrade of our NGFW appliances.
We anticipate a minor loss of connectivity for a brief moment for customers connecting to the San Jose datacenter (Cluster G) via IPSEC or GRE tunnels. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.
