Customer Impact: Some of our RBI customers in Sydney region may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while traffic automatically failed over to an alternate region.

Description: A fix has been implemented and services have recovered. We have started the process of re-introducing traffic back to Sydney.

Customer Impact: Some of our RBI customers in Sydney region may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while traffic automatically failed over to an alternate region.

Description: We are currently experiencing un-availability of RBI service in Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. Our automated load balancing system has re-routed traffic to an alternate region while we investigate the problem.
