Forcepoint will be initiating the first phase of our vPoP conversion for the Chicago (Cluster N) datacenter on June 22nd at 02:00 UTC. In this first phase we will be moving the logging storage servers from Chicago to Ashburn. All customers storing logs in Chicago will be able to access their logs using their configured alternate storage location. While we do not anticipate any disruption in service, in the event there is impact to accessing logging services, we will action accordingly to maintain continuity of services. There is no customer action required with this maintenance.
