Forcepoint will be performing an emergency maintenance in Sao Paolo data center (Cluster P) on Tuesday, October 1, starting 01:15 PM UTC. The maintenance activity will involve better optimisation of traffic across core infrastructure components to mitigate a risk of potential impact to our services.
We will be failing over traffic of the below mentioned vPoP's to an alternate data center to ensure customers do not experience a loss of connectivity during the maintenance window. However, customer's connecting to Web Security Cloud via any of the vPoP's may not be able to access localised content or web pages restricted to Brazil's IP addresses.
vPoP's : ASUA, BUEA, LIMA, LPBA, MVDA, SCLA, CCSA
Customers connecting to Web Security Cloud service without going through the vPoP will not experience any issues during the maintenance.
