Forcepoint will conduct planned maintenance in our Dubai (Cluster DXBA) data center on Friday, July 17th, at 19:00 UTC for approximately 6 hours. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades across our network infrastructure to enhance the performance of our Cloud services further.
We anticipate a minor loss of connectivity for a brief moment while customer traffic is failed over to an alternate data center. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.
