Forcepoint will be conducting a planned maintenance for the SIEM integration feature in Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud in the Singapore region on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, at 15:00 UTC for approximately 30mins. The maintenance activity involves database upgrades for the further enhancement of the SIEM integration feature. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent errors downloading SIEM log files for Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud.
