Forcepoint will be conducting planned maintenance on our GRE tunnel service on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at 14:00 UTC for approximately 3 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain changes for further enhancing our GRE infrastructure to provide an improved performance to our Cloud services.

Customers may experience a slight delay when provisioning new tunnels during the maintenance window. There is no impact on already provisioned tunnels. All other Web Security services remain fully operational.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
