Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity for DLP Cloud Email on Sunday, 29th March, 2026 at 08:00 UTC for approximately 6 hours. The maintenance activity will involve further enhancing the resiliency and performance of the environment on across below mentioned regions:
eu-central-1 ap-south-1 ap-southeast-1
The maintenance will be performed in a phased approach across all regions, with each region being upgraded outside of its standard working hours to minimize any impact. Customers may experience temporary email delivery failures (i.e., undelivered messages) for a brief period during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance is complete, email traffic will automatically resume. Any affected emails can be resent at that time.
We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity.
