Forcepoint will be performing an upgrade of its database components on March 22, Saturday at 09:00 AM UTC. The maintenance activity will impact the availability of the Cloud Portal for 6 hours.

Additionally, Hybrid Management services will be un-available during the maintenance windows. Customers will not be able to use DirSync, and download logs from the Portal too.

Log files will be available for download once the maintenance window completes, no data will be lost.

Web and Email services will not be impacted by this maintenance.
