Customer Impact: Web Security Cloud customers attempting to access NEO/DUP Portal from Cloud Security Gateway Portal may receive an error message stating that the NEO portal is in-accessible. This incident is only impacting access to NEO portal via CSG Portal. DUP and DUP+Web entitlement customers who have direct access to NEO portal are not impacted.

Current Status & Next Steps: We have implemented a remediation and access to the portal via the CSG portal is functioning as expected.
We are currently monitoring our environment for stability, and will provide a final update once we have confirmation on the same.
