Forcepoint will be performing emergency maintenance to upgrade NGFW appliances in Toronto (Cluster YYZA) data center on September 3, 2026, starting at 10:30 AM UTC. The maintenance activity is expected to last approximately 2 hours.

The upgrades will be performed one appliance at a time to maintain service availability. Therefore, we do not anticipate any loss of connectivity for customers connecting through via Toronto (Cluster YYZA) IPsec or GRE tunnels during the maintenance window.
