Forcepoint will be performing a maintenance activity in all our data centers starting Thursday, September 24th, 2026, 9 AM UTC till October 9th. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance.
The upgrades will be performed in a phased approach with each data center region being upgraded outside of peak traffic hours. The upgrades will also be performed across a limited set of infrastructure components at a time to ensure sufficient capacity is available during the upgrade to meet traffic demand.
We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity and the respective data center components will be marked as Operational once the activity is completed in that region.
