Forcepoint will be performing an upgrade of its Cloud Security Portal starting 22nd Feb, 2025 until 27th Feb. 2025. The maintenance activity would involve performing bug fixes and certain enhancements for the Portal.

The upgrade will first be performed in Amsterdam Cluster, starting Feb. 22, and Portal will be available for access via Heathrow data center. After a period of close monitoring, we will be failing Portal services over to Amsterdam, while we upgrade the Portal services and infrastructure in Heathrow.

We do not anticipate any loss of service for our customers during this maintenance.
