Scheduled - Forcepoint will be performing a maintenance activity in all our data centres starting Monday, February 16th, 2026, 9 AM UTC till Thursday, February 26th, 2026, 5 PM UTC. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance.
The upgrades will be staggered across servers to ensure service continuity and rolled out in a phased manner across all the clusters. We are not anticipating any major impact on connectivity for our customers during the maintenance window.
We will provide updates as necessary while we make progress with the maintenance activity.

Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our Tokyo (Cluster T) data center on Friday, February 27th at 10:00 UTC for approximately 51 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain changes for further enhancing our network infrastructure to provide an improved performance to our Cloud services.
We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for brief moment while customer traffic is failed over to an alternate datacenter. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.

The maintenance activity involves the deployment of essential updates to enhance the security of data storage. The activity will be performed in a rolling manner across only one cluster at a time.
Some customers may not be able to query the data stores while maintenance is in progress via their CStore in the primary location. However, access to the CStore in secondary locations will remain available throughout. All customers are requested to ensure that a secondary CStore is configured in a redundant data center.
