Forcepoint will be performing a maintenance activity in all our data centers starting Monday, July 21st, 2025 8AM UTC till Thursday, July 31st, 2025 5PM UTC. The maintenance activity will involve upgrades on our web proxy servers to enhance security and performance. The upgrades will be staggered across servers to ensure service continuity and rolled out in a phased manner across all the clusters.

We are not anticipating any major impact on connectivity for our customers during the maintenance window.

Planned Maintenance - Network Upgrade in Heathrow Data Center (Cluster A) Aug 9, 2025 19:00-23:00 UTC

Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our Heathrow Data Center (Cluster A) on August 9, starting 19:00 for approximately 4 hours. The maintenance activity involves performing a series of upgrades across our network infrastructure to further strengthen its security, performance and resiliency.

Web Security Cloud services will be failed over to another data center during the maintenance window. Customer’s connecting to Heathrow via PAC file/endpoint agent will observe their traffic to be failed over to an alternate data center automatically at the start of the maintenance activity.

Customers connecting to Heathrow via IPSEC and/or GRE tunnels must ensure that they have redundant tunnels configured to ensure continuity of services.

The below mentioned services will be un-available during the maintenance window:

CSG Portal: Customers will not be able to view the Portal UI, or view and/or change their policies. Reporting functionality using Report builder, Transaction Viewer will not be accessible. Policy propagation will also be impacted. Scheduled reports won’t run during the maintenance period.
Message center for viewing and releasing quarantined emails will not be available.
DirSync
SCIM
Auto-Provisioning of user accounts.

Description: We have received an update from our Vendor about restoration of service from their end. Our internal monitoring suggests that our email relays are able to communicate with the Vendor's infrastructure. We continue to monitor the service for stability.

Some customers may experience TLS errors when attempting to send email.

Description:
We are actively investigating an issue affecting our email service. The problem is linked to recent updates in our vendor’s certificate infrastructure. Specifically, a new intermediate certificate has been introduced, which chains to their newly deployed Root Certificate R46. These changes may necessitate root certificate updates on affected systems to ensure proper TLS handshake and certificate validation.

Current Status:
We are currently investigating an issue affecting our email service. We will provide further update as we make progress.

Description: We are experiencing a problem with our AMDP solution due to a degradation in one of our Malware Sandboxing service providers which are causing submissions to the vendor for malware sandboxing analysis to fail. Our Vendor has acknowledged a problem within their infrastructure which is causing malware submissions from Forcepoint's AMDP solution to fail. They have confirmed that they continue to work on the incident on priority with a focus to restore service at the earliest.

Forcepoint continues to follow-up with our vendor on a resolution.
