Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our Tokyo (Cluster T) datacenter starting May 3rd, at 06:00 PM UTC, for 1 hour. The maintenance activity will involve moving the customer traffic to one of our newly upgraded ISP links. We do not anticipate any impact on our services and all services are expected to be fully operational throughout the maintenance window.

Customers with redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnel configurations should also experience an automatic failover of tunnel traffic from San Jose to their redundant data center.

Email Security customers should experience delivery of emails to also get re-routed via a redundant data center during the maintenance window.
