Monitoring - Customer Impact: Due to the ongoing degradation of Amazon Web Services in me-central-1 , some of our RBI customers may have experienced a brief loss of connectivity while browsing from Abu Dhabi (me-central-1) region until services were automatically failed over to an alternate cluster.

Current Status & Next Steps:
We have completed the necessary remediation to restore the health of the impacted services, and traffic has now been reintroduced to the me-central-1 region. Although Amazon Web Services (AWS) is still recovering from the service degradation in the me-central-1 region, Forcepoint RBI services—which rely on AWS infrastructure—have been fully restored in this region.

We continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing stability.

Single Sign-On Metadata Update for Web Security Cloud Mar 10, 2026 00:00 - Mar 18, 2026 00:00 UTC

Forcepoint will be rotating the digital certificate used for Single Sign-On (SSO) on Cloud Proxy. The new certificate is available as of Monday, February 23rd, 2026. The rollout will be completed before the certificate expires on March 16th, 2026, at 23:59:59 GMT. After this time, SSO requests using the old certificate will fail and affected end users will be unable to access the service.

Customers using SSO for End User Authentication with a locally stored copy of the Forcepoint metadata must download the updated metadata and import it into their Identity Provider (IdP) to maintain functionality. Customers whose IdP points to the Forcepoint metadata link do not need to take any action.

The new SSO metadata has been rolled out and is available for download via the Cloud Admin Portal or by using the existing metadata link. No downtime is anticipated due to this maintenance.

Please note that this change only applies to customers who have SSO functionality enabled. Other customers do not need to take any action.

Scheduled - Forcepoint will be performing a planned maintenance activity in our Tokyo (Cluster T) data center on Friday, February 27th at 10:00 UTC for approximately 51 hours. The maintenance activity involves certain changes for further enhancing our network infrastructure to provide an improved performance to our Cloud services.

We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for brief moment while customer traffic is failed over to an alternate datacenter. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.

Current Status : We have identified the problem to be related to one of our malware sandboxing providers. We have receive confirmation from the Vendor on stability of their infrastructure and have re-balanced AMDP services across Paris and San Jose.

Update - We have successfully completed the proxy upgrades on the Paris (D), Docklands (LONB), Ashburn (H), and Mumbai (C) clusters.

To ensure service continuity, the remaining upgrades will also be deployed in a phased manner and staggered across servers. We do not anticipate any significant impact on customer connectivity during the maintenance window.
